2017-11-05 01:38:42 +0000 UTCthank you. #2's dialog is a little strange to write, only because i try to make my dialog sound organic, and her speech just wholesale is not supposed to sound like it comes to her "organically" or "naturally." it sounds normal to me because i'm neurodivergent, but i've definitely had dupe's dialog pointed out before, which is very similar to #2's speech mannerisms. i'm glad it comes across in a positive way, though.

I feel like it'd be especially in-character for an AI to separate idioms from straightforward/literal terms; it comes across as a concession in this case, for the sake of either clarity or comfort around someone she cares about.
