those last 2 panels were in the thumbnail, but i was pulled out to run errands for a couple hours, and went back and forth between cutting them or not. i didn't like the pacing ending on the fourth row, though; implied an impending argument, and cut out necessary comic relief. ended up tacking on a couple extra hours to working on this page.

Anyway I've been Felix in this situation so many times before...put some distance between yourself and what izzi is talking about Felix!!! Neither of you benefits from you passively spitting your guilt back onto your friend instead of trying to listen to her earnestly!!! Easier said than done though!!! Lmao this is a very accurate expression of this kind of situation you captured it really well. Also this palette rules did you make it cuz it owns

2018-10-16 10:44:46 +0000 UTCDoes Izzi have a conscience? She's impulsive, and doesn't seem to care much about consequences. She's done some pretty awful things. Malcolm probably took over a lot of her inhibitions. But Izzi has consistently displayed a fierce and progressive ethic, the occasionally misguided drive for self-awareness and self-improvement that Izzi took away from her brush with psychiatry. If she truly had no conscience, she'd have no qualms about seeing children abused.
