Added 2019-01-01 21:17:13 +0000 UTChappy new year, everybody.
i'm not sure what to type here besides reiterating what i mentioned in the last update: i'm going to be posting 8 updates (twice weekly) this month, but they won't really follow the usual format, ergo not really jumping back into a weekly update for fresh meat and a side comic just yet (especially with so much half-finished backlog).
i'll also be doing streams on saturdays, but there won't be a poll this time. i'm just going to be working on comics for this month. i am kind of hoping to throw up a poll for the next side comic because i finished writing the summaries a couple of months ago, but i've been reconsidering which pair of ideas i want to throw in next.
didn't get my test results back from my doctor (probably because of the holiday) so i don't have updates about that yet.
i'll probably be answering messages in a week after seeing my psych under the assumption that i'll be given something for either the panic attacks or the lack of focus.
this week, i'll be posting a tutorial tomorrow and the next page of soft-pedaled later in the week, since those are both already finished. what i'm posting the following week i'm still deciding on because i'll probably be nitpicking at things still.
anyway. this image is a throwback to last year's january image, but i was thinking about how old habits die hard this time, so it was more like skin that didn't want to be shed. it didn't turn out anything like i wanted, but i got it up to "acceptable" at least.
did you know that reptiles shed their skin because they never stop growing? if you didn't, now you do.
