FaD strip: unbecoming

this strip is from august 2019, never really got finished though. what was interesting to me about it is that it was written entirely in script format, which i don't usually do for FaD strips, instead relying on the in-the-moment motivation to complete them.
most of the incomplete strips i was looking at i realized i didn't remember exactly how they went anymore due to the lack of script, but this one... well, i didn't need to remember anything about it.

the beginning part of the monologue is a reference to a very old sketch comic with rain, although the entire comic is referencing a lower sense of "god" within the self that is no longer responsive as well, so it was also referencing previous "conversations" as well.

strong and sudden changes in the self are very upsetting, and i guess the abrupt end of this comic about the fear of that impending change really unsettled me because of how it underlines the involuntary nature of who i am and how i feel, even when i feel a deep inner sense of control over these things. i think the comic overstates the level of destruction that happens with these changes but it really does feel like disappearing.

also, the expressions in it are neat :D
