it also broke the "no longer than 3 lines" rule twice. sometimes, i REALLY feel like the dialogue suffers from the amount of visual space i have to work with. although i'm still going to try sticking to a 3 line maximum... i think if it's a single sentence, it probably won't be too difficult to read. a lot of words immediately force a new line to happen (case in point: "different" and "facility" on this page).
anyway, enjoy. i don't have much else to say because we're getting into "anything i elaborate on is kind of spoilers" territory.

First panel has her claws digging into her knee from stress, last panel chunk they tell her they're gonna clip her claws and that it's 'good news' for them ): Gross how that owl expects her to be grateful while constantly threatening her. Want to see him in a fuckin dumpster.

2020-06-04 01:41:14 +0000 UTCyknow what i just realized after revisiting this? i don’t think, in this whole comic, i’ve seen kim genuinely smile. the pained, fake smile here sort of brought that to my attention. it’s always been a nervous or fake smile if there ever was one. that... hurts a lot to realize.
