My usual rate for custom videos like this one is 8€ per minute. However the tickling videos are tricky to make as it requires much more time and planning. Therefore I can't guarantee a time frame to deliver such videos. That is also the reason why they are not as frequent here as my other type of videos. In conclusion, I could theoretically make a custom tickling video but it would be more expensive and the waiting time might be months.
