March-April Update

Unfortunately I’ve been very busy getting ready for a move and some doc visits in preparation for hernia surgery in early May and I wasn’t able to put out 4 videos this month. I will try to put out more content during April to make up for it. I probably won’t be making more big stuffing videos or pushing too hard for gains until I’ve had my surgery and recovered. But thanks for sticking around. I will hopefully be making my biggest push for gains to get up to 400 lb this June and July and onwards. I might even try to start lifting again 💪 If you have any requests for April, please leave them below.
