Hello Christian. Do you have any tips for playing more melodic when improvising? I often sound like I'm playing random chord sounds/scales when improvising. Let's say I would like to emulate David Gilmour as someone to aspire to when it comes to melodic soloing and phrasing. Thanks in advance :)

My question is about how some guitarists play melodies in between chords. How do I go about starting to do that? I am currently in video 5 of PPOCK and finished the fretboard method last month.
