For me, they usually keep me in bed for the majority of the day, unable to look at anything or keep any food down, and even though I have a much better medication now, my triggers are still a mystery. Anyway, Iβm so glad you let yourself off the hook for a couple days to rest. Also I am fully in favor of more E.L.I. content, thank u for considering it π» Now plz take it easy and give murphs and the clydio some snugz
