Progress Report (Build Soon!)
Added 2022-12-25 21:57:18 +0000 UTCI'd very much hoped to have the new build out by now, thankfully it isn't far off! In a weird inversion of the usual scenario, I'm done with my stuff and I'm just waiting on artwork before I can finalize everything and begin release prep.
This morning I put the final touches on the last chapter of Day 5 for Axels route. This one turned out really nice I think, it's extremely sweet and has a few hilarious moments. I'm really looking forward to seeing the response to this chapter, especially in combination with the other two. This is definitely the best update we've dropped in a while, and the fact it's only been about two weeks since the last one which took nearly two months and manages to be almost the exact same length with comparable quality is a very encouraging sign! I've found a way of working which has so far been vastly better in terms of keeping my ADHD ass on task and avoiding potential distractions. It was very much the secret to this builds faster turnaround, and I'm hopeful it'll continue to yield similar results going forward.
Anyway, I spent all yesterday evening meeting my obligatory annual Christmas social expectations and then all night writing the gayest shit imaginable so this build would not disappoint. I'm double tired, so time for sleeps and all going well the artwork will be ready when I wake up so I can slam all this gay shit together as a sadly late Christmas gift for y'all. Ho ho ho indeed! Don't worry. We don't judge. Though Diego probably will.
