I wound up rewriting both 18x6 and 18x7 entirely from scratch keeping nothing, simply because I wasn't happy with the previous versions. Since my last update, I haven't really touched 18x7 again, that's still mostly rewritten from last time but needs finishing off as well as a couple of new pieces added which tie in with 18x6. 18x7 is a shorter chapter overall, so it shouldn't take long to do that and get it wrapped up properly.
18x6 is fully rewritten as of 5 minutes ago and I'm pretty damn happy with how the new version has come up, so it just needs some light polish and the usual checks before it goes out to the team. This version has more funny moments, a significantly better flow and even offers a bit of drama because duh, this is me we're talking about, of course there's drama.
Once those things are done, I'll be moving onto one last technical feature I'm hoping to include this month. I've already done the bulk of the work on that already, but there's one last thing I want to implement and likely some issues that need fixing too. More on that closer to the time - thankfully it's at no risk of delaying the build if unfinished as it's something we can easily finish post-launch and launch seperately a little later on in the month, so don't worry about that!
Alas, this month will be another 2 chapter month, but remember I technically developed three this month, I just released one early! That's the most chapters I've launched in one month in quite some time and hopefully is momentum I can carry through to next month for a chunkier release!
Anyway, release day draws near! Get hype, and all that! Soon, we will return to monke!
