0.42 May Patreon Update Now Available! (FINALLY)

And thus, the worst crunch I have ever subjected myself to draws to a close. Holy shit. Never again. What a complete nightmare.

As mentioned in the last progress report, 19x2 ended up being split in two with the rest of the planned content being shifted to 19x3. This update contains 19x1 and 19x2. 19x3 will be in the next update.

Apologies that the update overall is of the typical length as of late. Apologies that it's so late, and, er...

These builds have seen no testing beyond what I've done myself because the team is sound asleep and I'd really fucking like to be, too! Not a whole lot has changed internally since we did the testing for the public release so fingers crossed everything is still as it should be. Also, the team hasn't even read the new scene yet, so they might yet request changes. If so, I may push a patch in the coming days. Either way, just be aware of these things going into this update and that if something needs fixing, we'll drop an update in a few days time.

And yeah, don't worry, drastic times call for drastic measures, and I'm putting measures in place to ensure another slow clusterfuck of an update dev cycle like that doesn't happen again. I'll talk more about this in a few days time in a patreon post.

• Adds the first two chapters of Tai's Route Day 19.
• Adds 2 new illustrations with 7 total images including variants.
• Introduces a new character: Roo the Kangaroo!
• Adds two new variants to the existing Concert BGs for when a show is in progress.
• Adds a new background for backstage at the concert.
• Adds an apron outfit for Tai. Just an apron.

• Overhauls the calendar system to fully support flashback sequences. The correct day will now be saved against your save files, not the day the flashback takes place on.

• Fixes for gallery unlock condition for Adrian's solo scene on Day 18 of Tai's route.
• Fixes for transparency/clipping issues on sprites belonging to Lukas, Jay, Tai and Logan.
• Revisits a couple of sequences in Diego's route to correct spelling and grammatical issues and adjust content for continuity.
• Fixes addressing unnecessary line breaks on the prompt (yes/no) screen.
• Minor fixes removing stray blue dots present in the illustrations for the Day 20 sex scene in Diego's route.
• An array of fixes to typos, grammar, continuity errors and situations where the text box would overflow.
• Other general misc fixes and improvements.
