Olivia is just trying to get Patty to live a little, she's just really bad at the whole "considering other's feelings." There will definitely be some interactions with Hannah and Victoria down the road, I just wanted to make sure to establish all the MILFs before moving on to their kids in the comics. I wouldn't count on the two of them being best pals though.
