BIG HECKIN’ LIFE UPDATE

 OOF!

I’m so full of excitement and simultaneously a large ball of nerves. Today I start my new job working at a local hospital. Seriously a huge step for me and a level up as far as my “adult” level goes.

I now work two part time jobs. One where I watch a front desk over night, but while being able to sit on my laptop and draw. (which is where I’m gonna have to really step things up from now on as far as art productivity for you guys goes) and now, a weekend job where things are a bit more… high stress, but hella money, yo.

As such, I’ve put a deposit in on a new apartment too! Finally about to have my own place, in exactly a month from now if everything works out, which everything looks like its going to!

If anyone out there is frustrated at the slow-to-update nature of The Child of Eden recently, its been because I’ve been under stress dealing with these things, especially lately! I apologize for that, especially to you guys, my patrons. 

From now on, things are gonna be VERY different in my life. No idea how things are going to go and the fear of the unknown is killing me inside, but, I’m super happy and excited, nothing but good vibes. That being said, If over the next couple weeks I’m even slower to update TCOE or release art, I just ask that you guys bare with me. Between all this mess and having to race through commissions and freelance work so I can have extra money through this process, personal projects may temporarily take a backseat. But over the next couple weeks I’ll be coming up with a weekly plan of how I can juggle it all, and then I’ll report back. Just gotta adjust to things.
