yet another massive sketchbook(s) tour!

I really wanted to thank you for ALL your comments on our last sketchbook tour because I had no idea you guys enjoyed my journaling so much! : O It actually encouraged me to keep journaling, I kept thinking about you and how much I wanted to share more stuff with you : )
A few notes on this tour:
• I started a new ugly sketchbook (brand RNDR) and so far I love it! Since it's "marker proof" I wanted to start experimenting with markers and see what does it feel to draw without being able to ERASE. Another cool thing: I can use both sides now!
My train of thought was: if I can't erase, will I be more accepting of my mistakes?
• I also want to start experimenting with painting with pencils. I'm SO INSPIRED by Cyril Pedrosa's way of painting:
I'm 99% sure he uses graphite pencil and I'm just in love with the final results. I tried painting this illustration-
-and it's SO HARD to blend the color into that "powdery/chalk-y" effect Cyril does. I noticed it's hard to achieve that particular effect when you're painting with color pencils instead of graphite (you know how graphite tends to smudge and smear more easily and it's harder to do that with color pencils?). I don't think it's a bad first attempt, but I gotta keep trying!
• I added the illustration we did together in our last livestream, all your portraits are there!
