2023-05-10 07:29:05 +0000 UTCYeah, Molly says something like "hey that guy looks like Mac from It's Always Sunny" (which I remember thinking that when I saw this episode). And just to throw in another reference to Sunny podcast, there's one entire episode that Rob McElhenney (Mac) talks about something that happened to him that week. He takes his boys to In-N-Out Burger to get some food, and he almost gets into a fight while in the drive-thru. At one point in the story he says that he hears someone say "hey...isn't that Mac from It's Always Sunny?". The incident involves baseball bats, show tunes, and rich entitled assholes, and the episode is called "Rob Almost Fights Some Guy Outside a Hamburger Store". And I'm actually referring to Kung Fu Night. He's smart enough to get a lot of the humor in IASIP that many people miss. Honestly, I could be biased against Brandon because his voice/inflection reminds of someone that I really dislike in person, so that could be more on me.

I was actually going to suggest you react to It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia (because NOBODY was reacting to that show until the past year, and only one person is entertaining enough and doing it right). Apparently, you've already watched though. Anyway, if you're at all of a fan of that show, but you AREN'T watching/listening to their podcast, then you are seriously missing out. They're re-watching the entire series and doing one podcast at a time (but there's a TON of personal info/interactions). The hint is about something that happens this season. I only saw it because of the edit of the episode by another reactor and I had already seen all of season 2. Me and another viewer caught it based on the reactors edit. You will only catch it once you've watched all of season 2 guaranteed. The hint was on purpose in the show.
