Pretty sure that the scene with Eugene on the roof was around when they were supposed to have a scene with that stuntman that was killed on set during Season 8 & that's why the whole Eugene Dwight interaction felt so weird.

I didn't pay that much attention this season especially during the middle of the first half of the season. As long as Courtney and Molly pay some attention during episode 8 and on. I'm sure they will.
