For players who want to set up PANPC war games of your own, I have released a first version of the PANPC Debug Suite. This mod acts as a PANPC module, adding a holotape that implements a switchable "Friendly Mode" (all NPCs will ignore the player) and an easy teleport option to any of four interior test cells.
I have also begun collecting PANPC compatibility patches, and have just released new patches for delicon20's Mutant Menagerie and its Deep Fog expansion. The collection is just starting, but you can find it here:
