Today, we are bringing you STL of a Campfire, but also a lesson of much more. Yes, you will learn how to paint campfire. But you will also learn more about Color Theory, Color Use, Color Mix and Overlapping Layers, Brushstrokes, Contrast, Ambiance, Paint Consistency and how to tell a story with your paint.

Excellent tutorial, and lovely miniature. Thank you! This is first TGM model I ever printed, but it seems that pre-supported model support contact points are a bit thin, and may fail for some resins (e.g.: Siraya Fast NG/Tenacious 8:1, in my case). I would recommend manually re-supporting the model if you are using resin with high degree of flex or printing at high ambient temp.

Since in this tutorial paint layers are overlapping (and mix) on the mini, in this segment of video I picked some of the tones that are results of the steps you can follow up to this minute. It is a preview of how colors work together and harmonise. And it is a result of magenta overlapping different tones of green. Lilac, blue and green grey overlap orange..etc. :)
