Satyrs are minor fey who dedicate their lives to the pursuit of pleasure and excess. Due to their natural curiosity, they often find their way into the mundane world through rifts and gaps between planes, where they eagerly interact with its inhabitants. The danger posed by Satyrs is not immediately apparent - their inherent fey magic can plunge mortals into a state of intoxication that leads them to dissolve into a state of hedonistic ecstasy, losing their awareness of place and time before collapsing from exhaustion. Additionally, the satyric temperament can become increasingly unpredictable as the festivities approach their climax, and not infrequently, under the influence of intoxicating substances, the otherwise amicable and sociable creatures reveal their unpredictable and alien fey nature.

Although capable of defending themselves when endangered, Satyrs aren’t truly suited for direct combat. Their abilities straddle the line between a social encounter and a combat encounter, where players sense the looming threat of fey magic but must decide for themselves if resorting to violence is necessary.
They are also always down to party, their hype encouraging their fellow revelers to go above and beyond in the pursuit of excess.
