The Peril of Yuletide Returns!
So some of you legends from last year will remember we rushed out a christmas adventure before we even knew what we were - we’ve revisited that this year to update it to our current offering, tokens, items, spells etc. So while it’s not necessarily NEW, much of this is new and updated.
We're selling this also as a OTP - This is a little shorter than normal releases, so it's a tad cheaper than the Chron Keeper Tier - that won't be the case going forwards!
The main reason for this is due to finishing the Daragaard Setting - Link for that open post HERE. We just wanted to get this little one done for December before righting ourselves and aiming for our 2025 releases. The Daragaard Core Setting was gruelling and draining to get everything out, so a shorter one for Christmas was definitely the right way to go. Enough about that - We’ll touch more on the next steps for A.C at the bottom of this post. And in the Master Post - HERE, if you’re interested!

We have repurposed some old items from pre release, as well as added some newer ones it to give this more a christmassy feel. This is less than our normal scheduled adventures after this, as we just wanted to get this out in time for christmas and it’s a bit of a cheat release!
8 Monsters - With Tokens (Portrait & Topdown)
So the original POY had variations of Shadow Elves and Ice Wraiths - with a varying CR of Krampus - we’ve kept that, but given every variation a token (even Krampus has 2 - watch the bloodied sacks for you DMs that want to make it a bit darker!) So that leaves us with 8 different monster tokens, and 9 if you included Blood Sack Krampus! We did this because the tokens are great fun, and the most transferable piece of content from a release - so more!
One Very Fun Christmas Adventure! 3 Christmas Battlemaps!
Not much changed here from the old one, why change a classic! It’s a smaller journey than our typical adventures going forwards - think of it like a short, cheerful celebration to drop into your campaign at the last minute. We hope it brings plenty of merriment (and maybe a few surprises) to your table! Have fun in Pinecrest, go and save the workshop of Nick and Carol! And eventually, take the fight to Krampus himself.

Our ever-growing bestiary continues to expand with this latest seasonal menace, raising our total count to 23. If you don’t have that bookmarked - get it done!
What is going to happen from here?
This will be our last release of 2024 - we were considering trying to push out Winters Beating Heart in the next 2 weeks over Christmas - but with doing this and just coming off finsihing Daragaard in it's full completeness, it's just way too much to take on - we'd end up rushing and it wouldn't be the best it can be! There may be a few free releases of old montsrs or items to those guys who have been following us for a while but never subbed! We love you too!
So they next release will be the January 2025 one, the Adventure Module - Winter's Beating Heart. At some point next year we're going to change the wording as at the moment by 'January' I mean end of Jan, so I think I'll change the wording up and call that the 'Febraury' release as it'll probably come out on the 1st, this is just early cause who wants a christmas adventure on New Years Day? No one!
