Science YT channels that cover religion?
Added 2021-04-20 10:55:20 +0000 UTCHi everyone,
I am gearing up for a big "scientific study of religion" series on RFB in partnership with a few of my colleagues who work in this field. This will include episodes on neurology, cognitive evolution, animal science, etc.
As I plan out the series, I am trying to get a sense of the science education landscape on YouTube to see "what is already out there." From what I can tell, "science literacy" or "science communication" channels rarely touch religion.
PBS Spacetime occasionally touches on topics of origins or freewill. VSauce occasionally covers topics tangentially related to religion too. But it seems to be a desert overall. For those of you that watch science education channels...am I missing any notable exceptions?

I have personally enjoyed content with Brian Greene presenting & facilitating conversations about cosmogony, quantum physics, string theory; the conversations occasionally dive into questions of God and whether free will exists which is interesting. Also anything with Sir Roger Penrose as I love his views on consciousness & Conformal cyclic cosmology (a cyclical universe)
