Nov 2 Cassettone Progress Update
Added 2024-11-05 02:36:20 +0000 UTCA lot of updates to cover in this one!
I’ve been making so many small steps that, before I knew it, I realized I’d gone way past the point when I should have already posted a video.
Here I share behind the scenes footage of case design updates, control panel upgrades, possible finishing touches with wood veneer, and I introduce my new team mate, Becky.
Enjoy, and as always leave questions for me in the comments.

I'm absoultely considering that option! As for when, it's still very hazy. Every step of this process presents new challenges for me to solve which has made the development process much longer than I ever expected. My best guess right now is early 2025—I wish I had something more solid to provide.

2024-11-11 02:21:50 +0000 UTCWould you ever consider selling a kit with the avg files to print your own case? When can I get my hands on one of these?

2024-11-11 00:35:50 +0000 UTCI have considered that, but the time to print a single case would make the process not easy to scale for manufacturing many units.

2024-11-05 13:19:21 +0000 UTCHi, have you consider to use 3D printing to build some of the components for the case? Though it is a very big part to be printed in one piece, the amount of assembly could be reduced with the combination of materials and techniques.
