Can someone help me clarify reps scheme for week 1, day 4 on back squats? Program says back squat sets of 10,8,6,4,2,4,6,8,10 at 68%, 72%, 76%, 81%, 85% . Does this mean you do each % for reps 10,8,6,4,2,4,6,8,10? Just not sure about this, as in this case there is whole bunch of back squat, 98 reps in total. Just seems real much. Thank you.
