Beginner here as I had started oly-lifting in July 2022 Just finished this training block (my second Oly-Program) Max Snatch when I started this program 135lbs Max C&J: 155 Current Max's: Snatch 135lbs C&J: 175 FS: 230 BS: 275 This was only the second time I ever hit 135 snatch and my form was better than the 1st time I did it 4-5 weeks prior (I still lack proper technique due to being a n00b. Ill be starting the "Technique and Capacity II" block next from Zac and I look forward to it!

Wrapping up week 3 and hit some PRs on this cycle. Snatch 97->101(+4); Clean 116->129.5 (+13.5!). No progress on jerk unfortunately. Really enjoyed this.
