Just finished this program... loved the auto-regulation format. Didn’t have a squat rack for weeks 1 - 7, so I used trash bins instead. Got access to a proper rack for week 8, and ended with a +6 kg snatch PR and a +10 kg CJ PR. Also PR’d my front and back squat by +11 kg and +6 kg respectively.

Zack, do you recommend high bar squatting or low bar squatting for accessory to Oly lifts? I high bar squatted for 20 years with little progression, but now have been low bar squatting for the past year and noticed it felt more natural with a much better linear progression. Thoughts?
