Some good complexes in the snatch and clean and pure positional work throughout. There is a good amount of variance and strength work (for the most part) is RPE based.

This is a pretty aggressive program. It worked wonders with the A&M team. I would suggest running a peaking cycle directly after this.

Start counting your sets at whatever it says to start at and increase if you can or stay the same if you can't.

Anyone have ideas whether in weeks 7 and 8 where most of the workouts say “starting at...” it should be building weight or same across?

Define the length of a rope... It all depends on your daily form, and that's the beauty of it! Could be 80% one day or 100% the other. It should feel "heavy", not "super heavy" or "not so heavy". I don't think you will overshoot by going one set too heavy or loose all your gains if you undershoot by one set.

Zach could u define “heavy? Like 80% or 90%? I don’t want to over shoot or under shoot the weight.
