Hope I'm still in time for this one... T-nation has a much cited article on how different lifts should (roughly) relate to one another to be a balanced lifter and target weak areas. Example, OHP should equal 60% of back squat, and DL should be 120% of back squat. What are your thoughts of such rules of thumb to regulate your lifts?

Hello Zack, my question pertains to the squat, specifically frecuency. How would you program for back to back squatting? (as in, squatting two days in a row). Thanks in advance, and keep being awesome.
