Hi Zack! Thanks for the programmes, really do help a lot!! Just a question, for day one, when you say Snatch + Snatch Bal + OHS , do I do 3+3 sets of each movement?

Is the first day really 300 reps of triceps to finish??! Or is the d1/d2/d3 a choice thing
