Depends of your type of load programming, i do step loading and go 7-10% every cyle. Try to do variations or make more complex exercises (instead of hang power clean, clean and jerk)

What to run after completing a peaking phase?

Is it a good idea to practise weightlifting on my own in the afternoons and taking crossfit classes in the morning? what should the weightlifting training be aimed to? I just want to get better at it
