Found good stuff about this in Steven Lows book "Overcoming gravity" for everyone interested in this. Also regarding Costochondritis btw.

Hey Zack, could you make a video about weighted body weight training(like dips/pull ups, nothing crazy advanced)? Tried to find research on this, but there doesn't seem to be any(or I couldn't find it). Would be a pleasure to hear YOUR view on that.

Nice program! Would you make any modifications for someone training BJJ/MMA 6-7 times a week? Or is this template good for this demographic as well
