2. Extract the contents with winrar: https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
3. Copy the "zzz_nudity_hvip4_v_x.pak" file into your data folder. For me it was located in "C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\Data"
4. Launch the game.
You have to knock out and strip characters to see the results.
