Kenku Update

Anyway, I've been doing lots of work on his hands, I've had to do a bit of jumping between programs to get what I wanted.
Though I still need to do some work, to help make the scales look more integrated.
I've also started this process on his feet.
He still needs a lot of work on the head, and the body shape still needs work.
I have not even started making him some junk yet, but I was thinking he could use the gryphons junk. Or something much like it.
What kind of cock would you guys give this dude?
(Oh, and a new set of feathers, I'll need that to, lots to do!)

Late to this thread, but liking the look so far! Quite a pleasing arrangement to the scales. The gryphon's looks mostly conical, which is a pretty standard way of doing avian cocks in general. Gryphon appears to have a medial ring, perhaps you could add some features going lengthwise to set it apart, like grooves or continuous ridges (as compared to the dragon's saw-like lengthwise ridge)? It could still be prehensile, of course, that's more of functional trait than a design feature
