Happy with the saddle rig, just need to make it all work together.

I technically take the weekends off, but I really never do.

Anyway, I am making progress with the saddle and the gnoll, animating the poor little dude bouncing around down there.

I am currently thinking I could make a nice but short run cycle loop, and render a few different views.

(I'll post quick render versions of the different camera angles here.)

Tell me what you think about doing a shorter cycle with more views?

A good idea?

Or would I be better off making a longer more complex version of the loop, and just having the one view?

No wrong answers, And thanks for all your support!

I mostly just want to change it up, to see if it works, here I think it will, although a finish is something I still want to make, but that is a bridge I'll cross when I come to it. I like the longer scenes myself, but it will be interesting to see if people enjoy more views of the action.

I'm personally a fan of longer scenes, but in this instance I think it might be better to do the 'nice but short with more views' option. It seems like there will be a lot of moving parts to consider between all the position changes that running involves (especially with that last bone view, no idea how you keep track of everything), so getting even a short loop looking good might be hard. And hey, if it turns out to be easier than I'm fearing, there might be time to tack on a single-view ending scene!
