In the DCAU show, Harley Quinn's nickname for Poison Ivy is "Red'. In the Max show, Harley usually calls her simply Ivy or sometimes "Ive". The Problem with "Ive" in text is that it can look like a typo. I used the old DCAU nickname instead, but I could certainly understand a fan of the new show preferring the Ive nickname. I guess the best compromise would have been to simply call her Ivy, but force of habit I chose Red. Hope that clears things up.
