Project Status Update: September 2024

Hey patrons!

Apologies that things have been seemingly quiet. Behind the scenes, we're working daily to get art ready for the community. Yet when we encounter delays, we know long silences can result in some anxiety. So that patrons know where we are at, we've prepared a production status update report.

Project Status Updates (PSU) inform our patrons what work has been completed, what's currently being worked on, and what has to wait for a time in the queue. It's our way of assuring the community that come what may, we're never idle and plowing forward on our never-ending mission to keep art flowing.

With all that said, let's get to the Project Status Update! (NOTE: Some relevant information may be repeated in PSUs for ongoing projects.)

Exclusive Art. Lady Deadpool: The Whole Shebang

• Art status: Sketching completed.

• Jobs pending: inking (Advanced), Coloring, Backgrounds and Final Edits.

• Estimated completion time: 4 - 8 Days. Art could be completed sooner if remaining stages are completed without new issues. If more problems crop up, delays shall be communicated to patrons. UPDATE: Will release on Sunday, September 16th. (COMPLETED)

• Impressions: An artist falling ill coupled with the Labor Day holiday have forced delays. This is an ambitious group image so we are confident that the final result will be worth the wait!

Wonder Woman: Love Bullets

• Art status: Sketch and Inking stages are now complete.

• Jobs pending: Color (Advanced Status), Backgrounds, and Final Edits.

• Variants: There will be two major versions, including a nude variant.

• Estimated completion time: 4 Days. We expect this art to be completed by Sunday, September 8th, though it may appear later in that day as there are several variants which requires more post-production effort. (COMPLETED)

• Impressions: Diana has a famous weakness to projectiles and our latest baddies are shooting to thrill! Art production is going well and we are confident that our patrons will enjoy this one.

JH Patreon Legend Tier Request Art:

• Art status: Preliminary planning for the next batch of Legend Art Requests has been completed. Line art production starts once the above art items are finished.

• Estimated Completion: We expect 2 Legend Requests to be posted in September. The only Legend Requests which could be posted in October will be themed as the team shall focus on Halloween content. (Will release September 22nd and 30th, respectively.)

• Impressions: A single commission slot will be opened for supporters who wish to request Halloween art. Contact us if interested (must be a Legend tier member of this Patreon once your commission is accepted).

Halloween Art: (COMMISSION SLOT NOW RESERVED)

• Art status: Planning is complete. There will be 2 Halloween art ideas in total this season (not counting remastered art posts or a possible extra commission).

• Jobs pending: All production stages. Art production begins at the end of September.

• Estimated completion time: The first Halloween update should be posted around October 23rd, with the last update dropping on Halloween itself.

• Impressions: One page will focus on heroes, while the other on some villainous fun. Expect plenty of treats in the form of variants.

More art is always being planned and will be reported in the next project status update.

And on a personal note, I really wish that we could SHOW patrons some art along with this report, but for now we're keeping it text-only. The news stuff is meant to be public and accessible to all. This means nothing adult can be included (Patreon policy). Yet we'll see about Safe for Work production art shares in the future. :D
