Project Status Update: October 2024

Hey patrons!

Behind the scenes, we're working daily to get art ready for the community. Yet when we encounter delays, we know long silences can result in some anxiety. So that patrons know where we are at, we've prepared a production status update report.

Project Status Updates (PSU) inform our patrons what work has been completed, what's currently being worked on, and what has to wait for a time in the queue. It's our way of assuring the community that come what may, we're never idle and plowing forward on our never-ending mission to keep art flowing.

With all that said, let's get to the Project Status Update! (NOTE: Some relevant information may be repeated in PSUs for ongoing projects.)

Exclusive Art. Lady Deadpool: The Whole Shebang

• Jobs pending: None.

• Art status: POSTED.

• Impressions: An artist falling ill coupled with the Labor Day holiday have forced delays. This is an ambitious group image that we took our sweet time with, but the finished art is as wild as Lady Deadpool deserves! While the team is proud, we're also a week behind on all art fronts. We'll try our best to catch up in October, but rest assured that we will not rush quality.

JH Patreon Legend Tier Requests:

• Art status: Two Requests completed and posted (Narukami7 and Reapes3455). One request is in pre-production (planning) phase.

• Estimated Completion: The additional request is planned for Halloween season, with an expected completion date between October 20th and 30th.

• Impressions: Commissions for Halloween are now closed. However, we will accept 2 additional commissions for the Xmas holiday season. Contact us if interested (must be a Legend tier member of this Patreon once your commission is accepted).

Exclusive Art. Catwoman & Black Cat: Feline Frenemies.

• Art status: Due to delays which have pushed this art set into October, "Feline Frenemies" will be reworked with a Halloween theme.

• Jobs pending: Inking, Coloring & Background work.

• Variants: There will be two major versions, including a (mostly) nude variant.

• Estimated completion time: October 18th or 25th.

• Impressions: Our team observed that incorporating a Halloween component would potentially make the art more amusing without sacrificing hotness, so we'll be expanding upon the original idea! They say never cross a black cat, but when there are TWO you know that the fur will fly! 🐈‍⬛

Halloween Art Overview:

• Art status: There will be 4 Halloween art ideas in total this season (As mentioned above, one was commissioned while another is the reworked Exclusive from September). Girls featured include: Black Cat, Catwoman, Wonder Woman & Poison Ivy with more planned!

• Jobs pending: 2 pinup sets are in advanced stages. The more recent commission idea is in pre-production.

• Estimated completion time: The first Halloween art will be posted October 11th (this could be the first Patreon art post of the month) with the last update dropping on Halloween itself.

• Impressions: Traditionally, we only dedicate half the month of October to Halloween content. Yet with the art team behind, and so many goodies requested, it makes the most sense to expand the party. This means art will be somewhat staggered, appearing later in October, but expect plenty of treats in the form of variants as a reward for the wait!

More art is always being planned and will be reported in the next project status update.

And on a personal note, I really wish that we could SHOW patrons some art along with this report, but for now we're keeping it text-only. The news stuff is meant to be public and accessible to all. This means nothing adult can be included (Patreon policy). Yet we'll see about Safe for Work production art shares in the future. :D (The Xmas season PSU will have an art share for sure!)
