talking with adam demirjian about mathcore
Added 2025-09-16 22:46:30 +0000 UTCi listened to a brave little abacus record in the fall of 2021, after the release of lonely place of dyin. immediately i recognized that BLA and i shared many influences, especially given the time we all grew up in. i decided to reach out to adam demirjian and just talk shop for a while. there's tons of footage of us somewhere goofing off. this is an interesting tidbit where we both hone in on a specific band that changed the trajectory of our lives. hope everyone's doing well!
oh... i got some tiny hand cymbals this past week for free.
so, hand cymbals... i guess... we'll mic those up and see what comes of it, lol.
oh, yeah... i'm in the bongo phase of my life now, as are most people around me. i'm not sure how it came to this.
