後輩の倫子ちゃん　第36話 "Rinko-chan, the Junior boxing girl- Episode 36"

中天を見上げる倫子にレフェリーがカウントを告げ始める

「１！　２！」　「う…　あ…っ」

倫子は体を震わせながらうめく事しかできない

As Rinko gazed up at the sky, the referee began the count.

"One! Two!"

"Ugh... Ah..."

Rinko could do nothing but groan, her body trembling.

だがとっさに意識を取り戻したと見えて

倫子がごろりと体を起こそうとしてそのままうつ伏せの体勢になる

「３！」　「ハア　ハア　ハア…」

However, it seemed that Rinko suddenly regained consciousness.

She tried to roll over and get up, but ended up in a prone position.

"Three!"

"Hah... Hah... Hah..."

 「４！」

しかし倫子はそこで動きを止めリング上で潰された虫のように

だらしなく肢体を拡げている　「う…　あっ…」

"Four!"

But Rinko stopped moving there, sprawled out on the ring like a crushed insect,

her limbs spread out helplessly.

"Ugh... Ah..."

 「５！」

それでも倫子は試合を諦めず

腹這いでずりずりと芋虫のように

倫子がロープに向かって這いずっていく…

"Five!"

Still, Rinko refused to give up the fight.

Like a caterpillar, she slowly crawled on her belly, inching her way toward the ropes...

 「６！」　「う…」

ようやくロープまで辿り着き

必死にロープに向かって腕を伸ばす倫子

"Six!"

"Ugh..."

At last, Rinko reached the ropes, desperately stretching out her arm toward them.

 （まだボクシングしようって言うのか…、

あそこまで俺の連打を食らったんだ、もうそのまま寝てろよ…！

なんだってそこまで…）

勝負を決めたと思ったところで

あまりの倫子のしぶとさに、むしろこちらの神経がささくれ立つ

(Is she still trying to fight...?

She took that many of my punches. Just stay down already!

Why is she going that far...?)

Just when I thought I had won,

her relentless persistence started to grate on my nerves instead.

「７！」

倫子が苦悶の表情でロープを一段一段と丁寧に掴んで

体を引き起こしていく

"Seven!"

With a pained expression, Rinko carefully gripped the ropes,

one by one, slowly pulling herself up.

「８！」

膝を震わせながらも倫子は立ち上がり

全身に力を込めながらリング中央へと向き直った

"Eight!"

Though her knees trembled, Rinko stood up,

gathering all her strength as she turned to face the center of the ring.

 「９！」

カウントアウトギリギリでなんとかレフェリーの前に進み出た倫子は

試合が続行できるかレフェリーのチェックを受ける

"Nine!"

Just before the count-out, Rinko managed to step forward in front of the referee,

undergoing a check to see if she could continue the fight.
