後輩の倫子ちゃん　第39話 "Rinko-chan, the Junior boxing girl- Episode 39"

朦朧とした意識の中、真っ白な天井が

俺に強い明かりを落として俺を見下ろしている…

In a hazy state of consciousness, a pure white ceiling looms above me,

casting a harsh light down and gazing down at me...

倫子は俺を大の字ダウンさせたアッパーを放った体勢のまま

しばらく動く事も出来ずに俺を見つめていた

Rinko, frozen in the posture of delivering the uppercut that knocked me down spread-eagle,

could only stare at me for a while, unable to move.

レフェリーに促され倫子がゆっくりとニュートラルコーナーに下がると

俺に向かってダウンカウントが取り始められる

「１！　２！…」

依然ダウンから動けずにいるままの俺に対して、

倫子の方もぐったりとニュートラルコーナーにもたれ

ここまでの強さを手にするまでに倫子はジムを移籍してから

どれだけの練習をしてきたのだろう…）

（俺と一緒にジムへ通っていたころは倫子は本当に可愛い後輩で…。

倫子がこんなに強くなるなんて全く思っていなかったな…。）

（バンテージの巻き方から倫子に教えてやったっけ…

そんな倫子が俺をここまで追い詰めるほどに強くなった…。）

俺は意識を取り戻しグローブをリングに叩き付ける。

カウントは既に８まで数えられていた。

The count had already reached eight.

（そうだ…、俺は倫子に負けたくない。倫子は挑戦者なのだからそう思っていた…。

そんな消極的な想いで、ボクシングで勝てる訳なんかない…！

俺は…倫子に勝ちたい…！　倫子に勝つ…！）

俺はぐっと身を起こし、立ち上がってファイティングポーズを取った。

"Nine!..."

(That's right... I don’t want to lose to Rinko. I thought that way because she's the challenger...

But with such a passive mindset, there's no way I can win in boxing!

I pushed myself up, stood to my feet, and took a fighting stance.
