She has become super rich making weapons for both good...and evil people.
Lydia is fascinated with warriors...and vigilantes like Neva...she leads a secret society that follows them... and tapes their fights...the secret society keeps records on these warriors...Neva is one of those she watches...she approached Neva, after seeing Neva kill her first bad guy......and offered her weapons to help her in her war against crime. The offer was too sweet for Neva to turn down. Lydia even fixes the bike and weapons for her...
Neva doesn't ask Lydia why she has befriended her...or whats in it for Lydia to provide her with equipment...She figures she'll find out eventually.
