Important Poll regarding... Polls

It's become increasingly clear to me that there's a certain... disconnect between the monthly polls and the actual chapters. Monthly Polls are held at the start of the month to decide what will be published during the next month, which means that you guys have to wait anywhere between 30 to 60 days since voting on a poll to getting the results.

I can't help but feel that's way too long. I obviously need some time after closing the polls to actually write the chapters, but I don't need anywhere near that much time. I've considered various potential solutions to this, but most of them are somewhat complicated to implement.

One of them though, is actually pretty simple: Delay the monthly polls to the last week of the month. This way, they remain undisturbed -one per month without any interruptions- and there's no need to make any major changes, but the wait between poll and chapter is nearly 30 days shorter.

In the end though, I might be imagining problems that aren't there and the goal is to make things better for you guys, so I'll leave it up to a vote. Whatever you guys want goes.
