Added 2023-07-03 09:30:30 +0000 UTCWELL this movie was quite interesting! I thought the cast was great, I especially enjoyed Will Smith, Jeff Goldblum, and Randy Quaid. I felt like the plot was a little thin and would've loved to see a bit more character development because I didn't feel very invested in any of them, but I still enjoyed it. I love SCI-FI and the whole idea of aliens invading us for our resources is quite cool. Talk about a long build up holy hell felt like the first hour was all build up LOL. Still cool movie, thanks Jason for picking this one for me to checkout. Was perfect for 4th of July!

2023-07-03 23:25:27 +0000 UTCI can't unsee Bill Pullman not being devastated at the death of his wife now, lol. I'll blame the director telling him to be stoic and presidential. Mel Gibson does a much better grieving husband. For those asking looks like the theatrical cut to me.
