Question

You guys think I should keep waiting until the end of/start of next the month with high res packs, or should I put them up individually following each piece?

Comments

Roger.

Righto; pretty valuable feedback, thanks.

Gotcha. Seems to be the general consensus, so I'll be doing that from now on, possibly with some monthly extras such as Krahae's suggesting.

i think you should do all the work and release the high res packs when your done with a certain idea like you do a 3 pic series of ranma in a quipao once its all done then post the pack for example

Extra content is one of those things it's hard to really decide on a release situation for, I've found. One way I've done it in the past, is like this: I did (stories, in my case) based on prompts or ideas, and put those up as my 'regular' updates. I'd also do some variations, some extras (omake, character sheets, character vignettes), which I'd then bundle up in a pack for sort of a month end bonus. This let me still get my main drive stuff out, so I could get feedback (hugs are fun) and still have something shiny for people to look forward to at the end of the month, when the whole billing cycle comes around. Helps them feel better about the bank account hit. In your case, maybe keep some variations or extras for your normal updates as cookies for.. say just past the start of the month, within the first week. It may seem like a sneaky trick, but it's one way to keep your Patreon doing what it's supposed to, since the bill cycle hits at the beginning.
