Possible Payment Tiers change

Currently we have set up $1, $3, $5 and $10 per update. I am pondering collapsing the two top brackets into one tier and having the prices be, overall $1, $3 and $5 per update instead.

Alongside this alteration to the payment tiers, this would include the following changes:

Voting access would move to the $1 tier, so everyone supporting me can vote.

The $3 tier will have adjustment to the commission discount provided, either something between 5-10% or just to 10%.

And for the $5 tier, the full scale .psd file access would be moving to this tier, and the commission discount would be changed to ~15%. Also, the private "providing ideas" thing has never seemed to actually happen (and is kinda redundant thinking on the vote thing), so that will probably be getting removed.

If I do do this change, it will probably be happening next month, or the month after.
