Yes, this one was fun for me, for sure. :) and ohhh, yeah, I could see how Justice's character could have (unfortunately) been written more that way (especially for then). Nice. I'll check out the second one and keep my eye out for a certain sequence, haha, and like with many sequels, I won't expect too, too much.

Might just be my overall memories of the 70s, or maybe the Mandela Effect, but I'm certain Justice has more overtly racist lines when I saw this at the theater when I was a kid. Nothing shows up in a quick Google search of that though. There is a real drop off for the sequels but I do remember enjoying the second as a kid, mostly for one sequence, which is also the only part I remember. I think that speaks more to how forgetful the rest of it was.
