New character : Hisame (氷雨)

I'd like to introduce the new character who will be joining Marie as her assistant!
Hisame (氷雨), an ice dragon in human form, is quite proud and silly. She's looking for a job to study humans and improve her knowledge. She'll meet Marie in her dedicated chapter during her job search.
She'll also be naturally detached and perverse. Despite being very powerful, she's still quite silly.
She's 1,600 years old, which isn't bad! I'll introduce her monster form maybe tomorrow. I'm also planning to make her more human-like. Thanks!
