TUTORIAL | How to make NPC Replacers - NO ESP!

This has been requested A LOT. I tried my best to explain all the steps, but feel free to ask in the comments any question that you may have. I added the timestamps in case that you want to skip some parts ♥

Also, sorry if this feels like a 2010 video. I had trouble with my screen recorder and had to take several screenshots instead of making a smooth video (which was the original idea). If I'm able to, I would like to remake this tutorial in the future.

In this video I'm making the replacer for Skyrim Special Edition, but the steps can be applied to Skyrim Legendary Edition.
