Hey! Sorry for the confusion. If you are on PC there will be a tab on the left side of the website named "Community" (or whatever it would be in japanese, it has 2 little text bubbles as icon). In there there is a text channel named "Post Links" and you will find the download links there. On Mobile you have to go to the same menu, but this time it is on the bottom of your screen (again the 2 little text bubbles). Hope this helps! Don't be afraid to ask again if you need more help.
