Billing cycle paused

We are living in uncertain times right now. Many people are sick, many are at risk and many are out of work. I believe that during times like these, we ought to look out for each other. This is why I will not bill you for the month of April and possibly May.
As of this time I have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 and I do not have symptoms. Neither does my husband, though I worry for him since he is a manager in retail.
I have been practicing social distancing since the beginning of this month and am sheltering in place. I urge all of you to do the same so we can flatten the curve.
Please, remember to be grateful for the sacrifices the essential workers of our respective countries are making and carry this memory into the future. Be kind to these people. Be mindful of the pressure they are under — from the stressed cashier who rings up the same item twice to the trucker who accidentally cuts you off while rushing supplies to the stores.
Listen to the proper authorities for advice and above all, stay safe!
